This Writ Petition is filed alleging that in spite of several requests made, 5th respondent is not considering the representation of the Advocate-Commissioner dated 25.09.2018 to cooperate with him in executing the Non-Bailable Warrant against 6th respondent issued by the Special Magistrate-I, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri in connection with C.C.Nos.155, 169 and 171 of 2016, which were filed by the petitioner under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. 2.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that due to elections at that stage, concerned Officer could not immediately respond to the request made, but if the Advocate-Commissioner approaches the Station House Officer, Kusaiguda, he would provide necessary assistance for execution of Non-Bailable Warrant against 6th respondent. 3.

According to the learned counsel for petitioner, matters stand posted to 22.03.2019. If the Advocate-Commissioner makes a request to the Station House Officer on 28.02.2019, the Station House Officer, Kushaiguda shall extend necessary assistance for execution of NonBailable Warrant against 6th respondent.
