The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in considering and passing appropriate orders on his application filed under Form 6-A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. The petitioner's application, as is evident from the record, is dated 26.09.2014 and almost a year is passed. Hence, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, if no orders are passed so far, expeditiously and in any case, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
