Heard.

Since in this matter charge sheet is filed by the investigating agency and the same has been taken cognizance and the case is registered as CC No. 853 of 2010 and coming up for framing up of charges, it is not apposite for the Court to interfere at this stage. However, liberty is given to the petitioner/A5 to file an application seeking discharge, in which case, the trial Court shall pass an appropriate order on merits expeditiously.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
