Heard.

The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of Shop No.20 of Siddavarapu Venkateswara Palem Village, Bagole (M), SPSR, Nellore District, in the year 2011. While so, based on the report of the 4th respondent, dated 04-05-2015, the authorisation of the petitioner was suspended on four allegations. A show-cause notice was also issued to the petitioner on 07-05-2015 and the petitioner has submitted explanation on 12-05-2015. Challenging the suspension of authorisation, the present writ petition is filed.

I have perused the charges levelled against the petitioner and charges 1 and 3 need enquiry. In view of the same, this court is not inclined to interfered with the process of enquiry at this stage. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry in accordance with law and pass final orders thereon within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
