ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in allowing the conversion of the fertile agricultural lands measuring Ac.10.00 and Ac.20.00 in Sy. Nos.498 and 475 situated at Sitaramapuram, H/o.Rachuru Village, Unguturu Mandal, West Godavari District, into fish tanks and further declaring the action of the respondents 3,4, 6 to 8 in not acting upon the legal notice dated 21.4.2012 issued by the petitioner-temple, and not stopping the illegal conversion of subject land into Fish Tank, as illegal, arbitrary, against the orders issued in G.O. Ms. No. 24, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries (F.II) Department, dated 9.4.2010, and amounting to taking of the agricultural land belonging to the petitioner temple without authority of law and violative of the rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 19 (1),(g), 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India."
