THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.27536 of 2009 ORDER:

Mr. K. Ramesh Babu, counsel appearing for the first respondent institution, submits that the issue complained in this writ petition is sorted out between the petitioner and the first respondent.

2. Counsel for petitioner, however, submits that the petitioner is not in touch with him and requests the Court to place on record the submission of the counsel for the first respondent and close the writ petition. The writ petition is closed accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
