The instant application is filed by the Official Liquidator under Section 462 of the Companies Act 1956 read with rule 306 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959 for passing the half yearly accounts of M/s.Padmaja Agrotech Oils Limited (in liquidation) for the period from 01.10.2016 to 31.03.2017 along with the audited report of M/s. KBS & Associates, Chartered Accountants dated 27.12.2017.

With the assistance of Sri M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for Official Liquidator, I have perused the report. The prayer is accepted. The accounts and the audited report are taken on file.

The application is ordered accordingly.
