The present writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 4th respondent in granting house construction permission to the petitioner, basing on his application, dated 02.12.2019, in relation to Plot No.1638 admeasuring square yards in Survey No.744 situated at Ekasheelanagar, Korremula Gram Panchayat, Ghatkesar Mandal, MedchalMalkajgiri District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Gram Panchayat, appearing for respondents 3 and 4. 3.

Learned standing counsel for the Gram Panchayat submits that the application submitted by the petitioner, on 02.12.2019, has been considered and reverted by the respondent authorities, on 13.12.2019 itself, noting certain objections therein.

In view of the above, it is not open for the petitioner to complain that the authorities have not granted permission for construction of house, based on his application, dated 02.12.2019. 5.

Having regard to the said submission made and taking note of the fact that the authorities have reverted the application of petitioner on 13.12.2019 itself, it is open for the petitioner to comply with such objections, in order to seek permission for construction of the house over the plot in question, and resubmit the same.

Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
