HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1113 of 2015 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, at the admission stage the following order is passed.

A perusal of FIR shows prima facie material against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 506, 509 and 34 IPC and as such it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, investigation shall go on. However, considering the submission of counsel for petitioner that the petitioner/A2 is a woman and she is a psychiatric patient and taking treatment and her husband is also a heart patient, the Police of Karamchedu PS are directed not to arrest her during the course of investigation. Petitioner/A2 is directed to co-operate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation. This Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
