This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in deleting the name of late Baki Buchamma, w/o.late Balraj, from Katha No.1429 and in 1-B (ROR) and revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.2.06 guntas, situated in Sy.No.841/A, Mankhal Village, Maheswaram Mandal, R.R.District.

The case of the petitioners is that originally petitioners' grandfather namely Baki Babaiah was the owner and possessor of the subject land along with other lands; that the 4th respondent issued pattadar pass book in his favour; that after his demise petitioners' father's name was entered in revenue cords and the 4th respondent also issued pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of petitioners' father; that after the death of petitioners' father, petitioners' mother's name was entered in revenue records and the 4th respondent issued pattadar pass books and title deeds vide Katha No.1429 and she used to cultivate the said land by raising seasonal crops and eaked out her lievelihood during her life time. While so, petitioners' mother died on 14.12.2019 due to ill health and thereafter when petitioners enquired on 02.02.

2020 in online revenue records, petitioners' mother's name was deleted in Katha No.1429 in respect of the subject land. Petitioners being legal heirs have not been issued any notice by the respondents before deleting the name of the petitioners' mother. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

It is to be seen that Form 1-B dated 27.01.2020 filed by the petitioners reflects petitioners' mother's name in respect of the subject land.

When petitioners observed that their mother's name is missing in online records in respect of subject property, they would have filed a representation before the Tahasildar for rectification of the same, instead of filing the present writ petition.

In view of the same the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make representation raising all the aforesaid contentions before the 4th respondent and on such representation, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of making representation by the petitioners. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 20.02.2020 tk
