W.P.No.24647 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The petitioner seeks mutation and issuance of pattadar pass books with regard to the land admeasuring Ac.2-02 cents in R.S.Nos.59/3 and 59/5 situated at Guduru Village and Mandal, Krishna District, and according made an application on 10-03-2015. However, the endorsement, dated 18-052015, which is a computerised copy, merely states that the application of the petitioner was rejected without giving any reasons. Aggrieved thereby, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that the 4th respondent has pointed out some discrepancy in the registered documents relied on by the petitioner and on account of that, he stated to have rejected the petitioner's application.

Unless the 4th respondent passes an appropriate order and communicates the same to the petitioner, the petitioner remains remediless. The rejection of the petitioner's application without giving any reasons is not legal and valid in the eye of law. Hence, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's aforesaid application afresh, ignoring the computerised endorsement, dated 18-05-2015, and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
