wa_1480_2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against common order dated 28-09-2016 to the extent it pertains to W.P.No. 30465 of 2013.

At the hearing, Sri S.V.Ramana, learned standing counsel for A.P.S.R.T.C., submitted that Writ Appeal involving similar issues vide W.A.(SR).No. 213809 of 2016 was allowed by this Court by order dated 21-08-2017 with certain observations and directions. Sri A.G.Satyanarayana Rao, learned counsel for the respondent, has not disputed this submission. 3.

In the light of the above, this Writ Appeal is allowed in terms of the aforementioned order in W.A.(SR).No. 213809 of 2016 with the direction that the observations and directions contained therein shall form part of this order. 4.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Appeal, W.A.M.P.Nos. 420 and 2750 of 2017 shall stand closed as infructuous.
