HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE Nos.1524, 1531 and 1533 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

When these Contempt Cases are taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the respondents that against the interim orders passed in these cases, Writ Appeals were preferred and in the Writ Appeals it was clarified that the respondents are under no obligation to reinstate the petitioners into service, but it was directed to pay the salaries to the petitioners till the date of their termination and accordingly they paid the said amounts to the petitioners. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the present Contempt Cases.
