The petitioners/A1, A3 to A5 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences respectively in C.C.No.318 of 2012 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 66 read with 34(a) (b)(i) of Information Technology Act, Section 420 read with 34 IPC, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably and not having any grievance. 3.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.318 of 2012 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed and the petitioners/A.1, A3 to A.5 are acquitted. The bail bonds of accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
