HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that respondent-Police are interfering in civil dispute in respect of labour work of the construction of the house situated at Kattedan area and summoning petitioners to the Police Station repeatedly. 2.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, Mailardevpally Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate furnished written instructions dated 13.02.2019. Reading of the said instructions would disclose that 6th respondent lodged complaint in the said Police Station on 30.01.2019 complaining that petitioner no.2 has stopped the construction work and not completing the work and creating problem. On receipt of said complaint, GD entry was made. It appears, on the next day both parties have attended to the Police Station. At that stage, SubInspector of Police informed the de facto complainant that no action can be taken as the matter is civil in nature. Accordingly, on 12.02.2019, the Sub-Inspector of Police served notice to the de facto complainant stating that no action can be taken on the complaint as the matter is civil in nature.

In view of the above averments, it cannot be said that Police are illegally interfering in civil dispute as alleged by the petitioners, on the complaint filed by the 6th respondent. Writ Petition merits no consideration and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed.
