This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of Mandamus seeking to declare the action of the Respondent - University in rejecting affiliation to all the approved courses of the petitioner institution for the academic year 2016-2017 as illegal and arbitrary. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
