This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the first respondent in suspending the petitioner as fair price shop dealer and continuing the suspension pursuant to the proceedings dated 18.08.2016. When the case is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 08.05.2017, cancelling the authorisation of the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
