O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent No.3 - Regional Transport Authority, Hyderabad South Zone, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad, represented by its Secretary, in considering the application filed by the petitioner on 03.02.2020 for conversion of Maxi Cab bearing No. AP 23 W 3786 from Transport to Nontransport (personal vehicle), the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for by the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by this court in W.P.No.19500 of 2019 dated 13.09.2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport, has not disputed the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same and for the reasons alike as recorded in W.P.No.19500 of 2019 dated 13.09.2019, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent / competent authority, to dispose of the application stated to have been made by the petitioner on 03.02.2020 for conversion of category of his vehicle from transport to non-transport, by following due procedure prescribed under law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
