Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made an application on 22-04-2015 to the 4th respondent seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records relating to the land admeasuring Ac.7-07 gts., in Sy.No.531 situated at Medak Village, Mandal and District, no action is taken by the 4th respondent. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that the petitioner's application was considered and the same was rejected by order, dated 31-07-2015 i.e., after two days of filing of the writ petition. A copy of the said order has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of that, therefore, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to take alternative remedy available to him under law, within sixty days from today.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
