Mr. R. Ramachandra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of the reference of dispute between the parties to civil Court under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive.

3. Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
