Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 16.08.2018 before Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission for withdrawal is accorded.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and consequently, the interim order granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
