THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.453 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.28-04-2016 in W.P.No.14920 of 2016.

The said order reads:

"Pending further orders, the 4th respondent shall consider the application dt.29-02-2016 of the petitioners complaining about the action of respondents 5 to 7 in blocking access to the petitioner's properties through the only available road within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 3.

It is stated by the respondent in the counter-affidavit that the houses raised by respondent Nos.5 and 6 in the Writ Petition were removed by him on 02-05-2016 and now there is access to petitioners' land. As regards the house of 7th respondent, it is stated that in W.P.No.36099 of 2016, there is an interim order granted to one Maddineti Bujjamma in respect of Sy.No.12-3 of extent Ac.0.03 cents, that the said Survey Number is in fact Sy.No.15 and therefore in deference to the said order, no action could be initiated in respect of the house constructed by the said person, and an endorsement dt.1904-2017 has also been issued by the respondent stating these facts. 4.

Having regard to the said endorsement, I am satisfied that the order dt.28-04-2016 in W.P.No.14920 of 2016 has been complied

MSR,J C.C.No.453 of 2017 with by the respondent to the extent possible. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
