THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2350 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana).

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 30.01.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Shadnagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader, wherein it is stated that, on the complaint given by one Smt.G.Susheelaa-third respondent herein, police registered Cr.No.36/2016 on 24.01.2018, under Sections 447, 504, 506 r/w 34 IPC. It is further stated as under:

"Except conducting the investigation into the above case in accordance with law, this respondent never interfered with the civil disputes as alleged. This respondent is not the competent authority to disturb the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject lands of the petitioner herein".

The said instructions are placed on record. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said written instructions on record and dispose of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the above written instructions.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________ A.V.SESHA SAI 08th February, 2018.
