Since there was no representation for the appellants on 1.8.2017, Registry was directed to list the matter on 8.8.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 8.8.2017, at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, adjourned to 9.8.2017. Today also there is no representation for the appellants, despite listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Learned counsel for the respondents is present. Therefore, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Appeal shall stand closed.
