HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P.No. 523 of 2018 O R D E R:- This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tenali to dispose of I.A.No. 476 of 2017 in A.T.C.No. 6 of 2017 expeditiously. Keeping in view the grounds raised in the petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tenali to dispose of I.A.No. 476 of 2017 in A.T.C.No. 6 of 2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording both the parties an opportunity of being heard.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
