This Civil Revision Petitions is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Principal District Judge, Kadapa in disposing of the I.A.No.2061 of 2017 in I.A.No.1238 of 2016 in O.S.No.33 of 2007. At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial court to dispose of the I.A.No.2061 of 2017 in I.A.No.1238 of 2016 in O.S.No.33 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned Principal District Judge, Kadapa, to dispose of the I.A.No.2061 of 2017 in I.A.No.1238 of 2016 in O.S.No.33 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
