HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.979 of 2020 ORDER:

The petitioners-A3 and A5 filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking to grant anticipatory bail to them in Crime No.240 of 2019 on the file of Ameenpur Police Station, Sangareddy District, registered for the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C.

As per the material on record, earlier application filed by petitioners for anticipatory bail was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 22.01.2020 in Crl.P.No.8458 of 2019. Since there are no changed circumstances from the date of dismissal of the earlier bail petition, I find that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners/A3 and A5.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
