OFFICE NOTE 19.02.2024 Dr.GRR, J I.A.No.1 of 2024 In Crl.P.No.1255 of 2024 (On being mentioned) This application is filed by the petitioner-A1 under the caption 'for being mentioned' with a prayer to correct the crime number mentioned in the order dated 05.02.2024 in the above criminal petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted regular bail to the petitioner - A1 vide order dated 5.02.2024 in Crl.P.No.1255 of 2024. But, inadvertently 'Crime No.221 of 2024' was typed instead of 'Crime No.221 of 2023' in the said order, and requested to correct the same and issue corrected copy. Considering the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that "Crime No.221 of 2024" should be replaced with "Crime No.221 of 2023" in the order dated 5.2.2024 in Crl.P.No.1255 of 2024, wherever it appeared.

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
