Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a compromise is affected between the petitioner and respondent No.1 and pursuant to the same, the amounts are also paid. Therefore, no cause would survive in the criminal revision case.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is closed subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) within a period of four weeks from today to the credit of C.C.No.23 of 2015 on the file of the learned II Special Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur.
