This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Principal District Judge, Kadapa, in disposing of I.A.No.2063 of 2017 in I.A.No.1237 of 2016 in O.S.No.33 of 2007. 2.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.2063 of 2017 in I.A.No.1237 of 2016 in O.S.No.33 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned Principal District Judge, Kadapa, to dispose of I.A.No.2063 of 2017 in I.A.No.1237 of 2016 in O.S.No.33 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
