Petitioner claims that she is the owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1.24 cents and Acs.2.00 in Survey Nos.379/2 and 379/3 of Thokapalli Revenue Village, Peddaraveedu Mandal, Prakasam District. She alleges that pattadar passbook and title deeds are also issued in her favour. She claims that she applied for mutation of her name in the revenue records, but so far no decision is taken. 3.
Ex.P1 at page No.13 of the material paper book is the application of the petitioner made through online portal on 15.12.2016.

Having regard to the same, if the application submitted by the petitioner is pending, the Tahsildar, Peddaraveedu Mandal, Prakasam District, is directed to examine her claim in accordance with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 by following due procedure and after putting the 5th respondent on notice or any other affected person, who has interest over the property, and take appropriate decision as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
