Suresh, who had been representing the petitioners, had submitted before this Court on 23.08.2018 that he does not continue to hold Vakalat for the writ petitioners. That was recorded on 23.08.2018.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, being not prosecuted by the petitioners either in person or by engaging other counsel. We, therefore, dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition stand closed.
