Sri V.Ramachander Goud, learned Standing Counsel for JNTU on instructions submits that similar issue was considered and dismissed by this Court in WP.Nos.39315/2017 and batch on 27.11.2017.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the Common Order dated 27.11.2017 passed in WP.Nos.39315/2017 and batch, these writ petitions are also dismissed. No order as to costs.
