This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the 2nd respondent in conducting survey and fixing boundaries of the land in an extent of Ac.3.08 guntas in Sy.No.28/41A/5, an extent of Ac.2.00 guntas in Sy.No.28/41A/2 and an extent of Ac.2.00 guntas in Sy.No.28/41A/3, for which the petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor, situated at Jukal Village Shivar, Narayankhed Mandal, Sangareddy district. When this matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner was asked to submit certain documents and now the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that those required documents were already submitted. He further submits that the 2nd respondent is undertaking the survey after submission of the documents and it is likely to take some time.

In view of the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to conduct the survey and complete the same within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with the Circular instructions issued by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
