It is represented that W.P.No.24591 of 2016 is filed against the order of Tribunal. This Court granted interim stay of the said order.

Having regard to the same, the Contempt Case (TR) is closed granting liberty to petitioner to seek re-opening of contempt case or to take up appropriate proceedings as and when the writ petition is decided. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
