HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.2 & 3 of 2019 IN/AND Crl.P.No.785 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused No.1 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant and the 3rd respondent-victim are present along with their respective counsels.

I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2019 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in S.C.No.108 of 2015 on the file of VII Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at LB Nagar, which is outcome of crime No.341 of 2013 of Pahadishareef Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366-A IPC by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in S.C.No.

108 of 2015 on the file of VII Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at LB Nagar, are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. Registry is directed to send the Demand Draft (which is in the file itself) bearing No.238009 for a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the Telangana Chief Minister Relief Fund, Hyderabad, by placing a copy of the same in the file.
