This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not disposing of the representation, dated 27.03.2014, submitted by the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said representation forthwith. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

The 3rd respondent-Tahsildar filed counter, wherein at para 4, it was clearly mentioned that the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.03.2014, was disposed of on 13.06.2014 and an endorsement was issued to the petitioner, in which it was mentioned that the petitioner has no manner of right to claim for cancellation of pattadar pass book issued in favour of Yerramreddy Kotamma.

In view of the stand taken in the counter-affidavit, there is no merit in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
