THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10686 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/complainant in C.C. No.877 of 2009 seeking a direction to the trial court i.e., Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District, to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 244 of Cr.P.C.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
