WRIT PETITION No.2810 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that the police are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner by calling him to the police station at the instance of respondents 5 to 8 and involving in civil disputes even though no crime is registered against him and the same is illegal.

Learned Government Pleader placed on record written instructions dated 13.02.2019 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Madikonda P.S., Warangal City.

The written instructions disclose that on the complaint filed by the 5th respondent, Crime No.19/2019 was registered under Sections 420 r/w 34 IPC against the petitioner. 4.

It is alleged that petitioner has created fake documents and submitted the same before the revenue authorities and got copy of pattadar passbooks in favour of one P.Veera Narayana and got registered it in his name.

The allegations made by the petitioner that the Circle Inspector of Police, Madikonda abused him in the filthy language and that he was called to police station, interference of police in the civil disputes of the petitioner and threatening the petitioner to settle the matter with unofficial respondents are denied in the written instructions.

As the Crime is already registered against the petitioner, the contention of the petitioner is no more valid.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies available as per law. No order as to costs.

As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
