THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3705 OF 2013 ORDER:
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the light of the orders passed in W.P.No.33609 of 2012, dated 06.11.2018, no further orders are required in the present writ petition. He also brought to the notice of this Court that during the course of investigation, many items have been recovered by the concerned police and he specifically contended that two more items are yet to be recovered.
The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that during the course of investigation whatever the articles that will be recovered would be deposited into the Court.
In the light of the above, the respondents 1 and 2 are expected to investigate the matter and file a charge sheet based on the allegations made in the complaint. Further they are bound to follow the procedure prescribed under Section 155 of Cr.P.C. Be that as it may, since the crimes have already been registered, the respondents are directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet as expeditiously as possible since the crime registered pertains to the year 2012.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 06th NOVEMBER 2018.
