COMMON ORDER:

These contempt cases are filed alleging deliberate noncompliance with the common order, dated 02.09.2011, in WP.No.4139 of 2010 and batch.

On behalf of the respondents, counter affidavit and additional counter affidavit have been filed. In the additional counter affidavit, dated 12.02.2016, filed by the Joint Managing Director, Telangana Vikalangula Co-operative Corporation, it is inter alia stated that the respondents have complied with all the four directions given vide "(a)

to (d)" of the above-mentioned order of this Court. When the contempt case came up on 11.03.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the EPF amounts which were shown to have been deducted have not reached the Commissioner of Regional Provident Fund, Hyderabad.

The learned Special Government Pleader has taken adjournment for ensuring that the amount is sent to the Commissioner, RPF, Hyderabad. Today, the learned Special Government placed before the Court copies of two demand drafts, dated 15.03.2016, one for Rs.1,33,57,958/- and another for Rs.4,43,236/-, totalling Rs.1,38,01,194/-, which was deducted from the arrears payable to the petitioners towards EPF. The learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that in view of the above facts, the order of this Court stood complied with and that therefore, the petitioners have no further grievance in the contempt cases.

Having regard to the above facts, the contempt cases are closed.

As a sequel to disposal of the contempt cases, Applications if any pending shall stand disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 18th March, 2016 VGB
