Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file Appeal before the competent authority challenging the appointment of fifth respondent. Permission is accorded. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file Appeal within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
