.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction and more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in interfering with the Petitioner's shop i.e., "Chandra Stores", bearing No. 1/4/8, Shop No.2. Opp: Sai Baba Temple, Indira Market, Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's rights in any manner in respect of the petitioner's shop i.e., ''Chandra Stores", bearing No.1/4/8, Shop No.2, Opp: Sai Baba Temple, Indira Market, Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein, order of the High Court dated 26-2-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C. Naresh Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the G.P. for Panchayat Raj, (AP), for the Respondents No. 1 & 2, and Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, Advocate for Respondent No.3, the Court made the following.
