This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to relax the condition imposed by the II Additional Sessions Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur in Crl.M.P. No.761 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.479 of 2015 by order dated 11-06-2015.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material available on record.

It is represented that petitioners - accused Nos. 1 and 2 are appearing before the Station House Officer, Mydukur U/G Police Station regularly without fail since 1304-2015 as per orders passed by the lower Court. In the circumstances, the condition i.e., "The petitioners-accused are directed to appear before Station House Officer, Mydukur U/G Police Station on every Monday in between 5.00 and 6.00 PM" imposed by the II Additional Sessions Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur in Crl.M.P. No.761 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.479 of 2015 by order dated 11-06-2015, is hereby relaxed.
