ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by the petitioner/de-facto complainant to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.47 of 2012 of Kadapa Women U/G Police Station, Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 506 IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against the respondents/accused.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submitted that since the matter has been compromised before the Lok-Adalat, the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
