- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.2808 OF 2019 ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3. 2.
Petitioner filed a complaint on 16.01.2019. Based on the said complaint FIR No.5 of 2019 was registered and investigation was taken up. In this writ petition, petitioner alleges that though crime is registered, but in the FIR names of all the persons which are shown in the complaint are not reflected and some of the names are deliberately excluded and inspite of the request made as to why all the names are not included in the FIR, no reply is given. Petitioner seeks for declaration on the inaction of 2nd respondent in conducting enquiry and to add the unofficial respondents 9 to 18 as accused in FIR No.5 of 2019 inspite of giving written complaint.

On instructions, learned Government Pleader submits that investigation was completed and final report is filed on the file of III-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal. He also submits that some of the persons arrayed as respondents are already included in the final report and others are not included.
4.
Since final report is already filed before the competent Court, naming the persons as accused, it is open to the petitioner to work out her remedies, if aggrieved by noninclusion of certain persons named in the complaint as accused.
