Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that in view of the order dated 12/10/2015 passed in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal [C] No. 28769 of 2015 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, nothing survives in the appeal and the same has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, A.S.No. 175 of 1995 is dismissed as infructuous.
