In these writ petitions petitioners seek a declaration of action of Deputy Director of Mines & Geology, Warangal, in not issuing Transit passes for transportation and storage of sand in respective survey numbers.

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that on account of subsequent events, where there is change in the policy regarding sand, the cause in these writ petitions do not survive.
