This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners-accused No.5, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.37 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Denduluru Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (B), 302 r/w 34 and 109 of IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a fresh application. Permission is accorded. Granting the liberty as sought for, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
