Gopu Krishna Pradeep v. The State Of Telangana

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2315 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana).

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, on the complaint made by the petitioners herein, police have registered F.I.R.No.16/2018 on 27.01.2018, under Sections 143, 447,341, 506 r/w 149 IPC, on the file of Bibinagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate and taken up investigation. The said instructions are placed on record.

Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said written instructions on record and dispose of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the above written instructions.
